What are homeowner hubs?
Homeowner hubs are private, secure portals designed to help homeowners manage their home, save money, and build wealth – in collaboration with you and your business partners. They are analogous to portals for healthcare, finance, education, and travel…but for the home.
How do we use homeowner hubs for our business?
There are four main use cases for hubs:
- Provide a ‘closing gift’ for new homeowners
- Nurture relationships (until the next transaction)

How do homeowners get a hub?
There are four primary ways to onboard homeowners:
- Auto-enroll: you create a hub and ‘gift’ it to a homeowner
- Invitation: you send email invites, and hubs are activated when homeowners accept
- Landing page: you provide a link, homeowners explore their home and “claim” it
- Integration: homeowners onboard via integration with your CRM, backoffice, or website
Do homeowners have to download an app?
Hubs run in any browser – desktop, tablet, and mobile. There’s nothing to download, install, or update.
Can homeowners preview hubs without an invitation or login?
Yes. When your business licenses ProHomeowner, you’ll get 100m+ branded landing pages – one for nearly every home in the United States – that you can provide for current and prospective customers to explore their home prior to “claiming” it and creating a hub.
How do homeowners access their hubs?
There are multiple ways for homeowners to access their hub, including:
- From your branded login page (available to all businesses)
- From a ‘touchpoint’ communication: homeowners can access their hubs via magic link
- From your existing client portal (via single sign-on authentication)
- From www.homeowner.ai
Can homeowners share access to their hub?
Yes. Homeowners can add their partner, family members, property manager, advisors, or home service providers to access their hub. (And remove them if access is no longer needed.)
Do homeowners have to enter data about their home into a hub?
Hubs are pre-filled with information about the home; and can update it with additional documents, home inventory items, or home facts that may be missing or incorrect.
Can hubs be white-labeled for our organization’s brand?
Yes. Hubs can match your businesses color, logo, and contact information. Additional branding and customization is available to large enterprises.
Can homeowners have multiple hubs for different homes?
Yes. Homeowners or investors that own multiple homes can have a hub for each property.
Can homeowners have multiple hubs for the same home?
Yes. Homeowners can have multiple hubs for the same home – and easily switch between them, as needed.
Are homeowner hubs private & secure?
Yes. Hubs are password-protected and encrypted. (By contrast, homeowner landing pages are publicly viewable and do not require a login to preview.)
Is data from homeowner hubs shared or resold?
Homeowner data is not shared or resold to third parties. Homeowners may opt to share access to their hubs – and the data inside – with their partner, family, property manager, advisors, or home service providers.
Can we create our own educational content within homeowner hubs?
Yes. Your business can add articles and videos to the knowledge base within hubs.
Can we develop our own custom homeowner experience?
Large enterprises – typically banks, insurance companies, mortgage servicers, tech companies, home services conglomerates, etc. – may use our APIs and data to develop a custom implementation to augment their existing marketing or customer experience.
What happens to homeowner hubs if a sales associate leaves our company?
Hubs may be reassigned to another team member in your company. If the company opts to allow an associate to take their hubs with them, we can accommodate this request provided they maintain a ProHomeowner account at their new organization.
What happens if we onboard a homeowner that already has a hub through someone else?
If the homeowner accepts the invitation, they will have two different hubs for the same address. They can then switch between hubs.
